C. Liston Communications, July 2009—present
» Subcontractor, print and web design. Print responsibilities include designing and laying out brochures, postcards, mailers, banners, posters and generating print-ready files; web responsibilities include designing and hand-coding multi-page websites with XHTML/CSS and collaborating with web developers to create dynamic sites using PHP and jQuery.

Academic Resource Center, University of Baltimore, Fall 2008—December 2009
» Lead Publicist. Responsibilities included designing publicity materials: brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements; maintaining the Academic Resource Center’s web page and calendar of events on the University of Baltimore website using a content management system.
» Tutor. Tutoring UB students in the use of Adobe Creative Suite graphics and layout software, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; creating and teaching a workshop on using the Pen tool in Adobe Illustrator.

Freelance designer, July 2008—present
» Print design. Clients have included NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland, independent film director Steven Fischer, Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School Baltimore.

» Subcontractor, copy writing and print design. Responsibilities included collateral design, layout, and writing creative copy in a studio atmosphere.

Beacon Fey Advertising & Marketing, Fall 2007—present
» Freelance illustrator. Focus on brand-building and advertising. Clients include Baltimore Research and Associated Building Contractors of Baltimore.

Red & Black, CCBC Catonsville Student Newspaper, 2006—2008
» Production Manager. Responsibilities included laying out pages, designing ads, art direction, project management for a team of layout staff, and prepress. Additional duties
included writing, illustration, proofreading, and copy editing.
